CLEOPATRA'S DAUGHTER
I have to say that I fell into this book head first and could hardly surface until I was through. It is historical fiction based on Cleopatra's twins who were taken to Rome after Egypt was acquired by Octavian. It's romance is almost worthy of Pride and Prejudice, however I must warn of sexual content (references; not scenes). I enjoyed the mystery, suspense and adventure as the story unraveled.
Also, note that the book includes a glossary to help with the unfamiliar Roman terms. (Wish I'd known that from the start, rather than once I'd finished. lol!)
I do recommend this book to a mature audience - besides the sexual content, there is violence and reference to cruelty and slavery that is not appropriate for children.

Look at what's clogging my bathroom sink! LOL!
Haircut day at the Sparks' house. Little man was due for a trim, so here are a few shots of the event. :)
